See what we are up to

Welcome! We hope you enjoy this site and that it gives you a taste of what we are doing On Eleuthera Island. Eleuthera is one of the many Bahamian Islands and is located 255 miles east of Miami, FL.

We are working with Bahamas Methodist Habitat here on the Island. They are known for their caring hearts and desire to help those in need. We are glad to be here working with them, As we have updates and photos about our experiences, we will post them here.

As you enjoy our photos and updates, please pray for us and the people of Eleuthera. It is our greatest hope that above all else that Christ is made known to those we work with and in our own lives.

New Friend

I met a new friend (several actually) while I was in Eleuthera. Cameron King is Jack King's first cousin. Cameron lives in Knoxville and we know many of the same people. She has a beautiful spirit and a heart for service. She is also a pilot, pretty cool. Cameron is a long term volunteer for Methodist Habitat on Eleuthera, she will be there when we are in March. She is keeping a blog about her own experience, and I have really enjoyed reading it. I though some of you might enjoy it too. http://cameron-king.blogspot.com/
